I'm a designer and illustrator living in Sacramento, California. As the Ad Designer and Art Director for Comstock’s magazine, my design, illustration and art direction from 2013-16 helped establish the magazine as one of the top media brands in the region. The July 2016 issue was a finalist for the Western Publishing Association award for Best Magazine Cover of 2016 and the magazine is also a finalist in four other categories for 2016

Originally from Northern California, I spent 12 years living in Southern California, where I received a BFA from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. Upon graduation, my freelance illustration clients included The City of Los Angeles, Playboy Jazz Festival, Design Matters, LA Record and others. As Director of Photography at the preeminent art photography studio, Art Works from 2009-2012, I worked closely with clients like Disney Studios, Robert Williams, James Jean, Drew Struzan, and the estate of the renowned American  illustrator Bob Peak. I was profoundly influenced by Peak's work when I directed photography and color correction for the first coffee table art book on his career, released in 2012.

During 2012 and 2013 I did production art for television ad company Green Dot Films, illustration work for LA Record and Matador Records, and graphic design and branding for Zoe Bios Creative, an interior design and art studio in Los Angeles. I designed limited edition art prints for Zoe Bios Creative collections sold by Jonathan Adler, Fab.com, Timothy Oulton, One King's Lane and Anthropologie as well as coordinated a line of photography collections for HALO Asia and HD Buttercup, In 2014, I showed a collection of original silkscreen prints at Beatnik Studios in Sacramento. I've been working on a graphic novel which will be published in 2017 and features an introduction by novelist, film and television writer Harlan Ellison.
